MEMBERSHIP
1. Membership is subject to the approval of KatyBridal.com.
2. KatyBridal.com reserves the right to reject an application for membership.
3. KatyBridal.com reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.

INFORMATION
1. KatyBridal.com will have no liability to the Applicant or any other person introduced to the Published Information by KatyBridal.com, with or without the authority of the Applicant, for any damages or loss suffered by that person arising from its use of the Published Information, even if such loss or damage was foreseeable or foreseen by KatyBridal.com.
2. Applicant indemnifies KatyBridal.com its officers and employees against any claims for damages suffered by any party arising out of that party’s use of the Published Information provided by the Applicant, through KatyBridal.com. The Applicant releases KatyBridal.com from liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Applicant arising out of its use of Published Information.
3. KatyBridal.com makes no warranty as to the accuracy or correctness of any Published Information or any other information that it provides to members.

FREE LISTINGS
1. Listing a business or service on KatyBridal.com is free.
2. Only wedding industry businesses and services may be listed on KatyBridal.com.
3. You must be an authorised representative of the company to list the company on KatyBridal.com.
4. KatyBridal.com will not normally accept affiliate links or promotions, but may be considered when requested by the appropriate parties.

1. KatyBridal.com will take reasonable steps to ensure the proper protection of information provided.
2. Whilst due care will be taken in relation to the Published Information provided, KatyBridal.com cannot be held liable for disclosure or use by third parties.
3. Information provided by KatyBridal.com to the Applicant is for the Applicant’s internal use only. No information may be provided in any form to any other party (whether a member or not), and may not be published or redistributed in any form or manner, i.e. Brides email addresses and contact information.

PUBLISHED INFORMATION
1. Information supplied by the Applicant and published on the KatyBridal.com website, or newsletters will remain the responsibility of that particular Applicant. It is incumbent upon each Applicant to ensure that the information that they provide is true and correct.

GENERAL
1. KatyBridal.com may cede its rights and obligations under this contract to a holding company or an associated party.
2. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Houston, Texas and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Houston, Texas.
